Every project begins with a complementary, no-obligation discovery call. During this 20-minute call we will learn more about your project, your goals for the space, discuss potential solutions, and answer any other questions you might have.

With over a decade of experience in wellness, coaching, and behavior change, I am uniquely equipped to help you achieve a balanced and organized life. I hold a Master's degree in Wellness and Lifestyle Management, which has provided me with a strong foundation in understanding the complexities of human behavior and the importance of holistic well-being. By combining my education and training, practical experience, and genuine dedication to helping people achieve their fullest potential, I am well-equipped to offer professional organizing services that go beyond just tidying up physical spaces. My approach considers the broader picture of how organization and wellness are interconnected, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling and balanced life for my clients.
Please don't clean up! We'd prefer that you leave the space as it is because it will give us valuable insight into how you currently utilize the space, enabling us to create sustainable systems that maximize its potential. We will never judge you. Remember, we're here to help. Some other things to consider:
We accept cash, check, or credit card. Clients will be invoiced at the time of scheduling. Additional fees may apply for add-on services or travel fees as outlined in the Client Service Agreement. Payment is required in full at the time of scheduling. Checks should be made payable to "Sustainably Organized Solutions". There is a $30 fee for checks returned for insufficient funds.
Clients are strongly advised and encouraged to communicate with the Organizer in the event they need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We would prefer to work together to reschedule sessions if canceled in a timely manner. Cancellations fees are outlined in the Client Service Agreement and apply for sessions cancelled within 48 hours. The Client will receive a reminder at least one business day before the scheduled session.
That depends! We will never surprise you with hidden fees. All additional expenses will be discussed prior to invoicing and are the responsibility of the client. Additional expenses may include but are not limited to add-on services for additional donation hauls, shopping for products, products and supplies, travel fees for jobs outside of our service area, parking fees.
We will never throw anything away without your permission. We can help you make decisions, but we will always respect your final decision. We can also donate items. Each session includes one donation haul and additional donation hauls can be purchased if needed. We'll support you no matter what you decide!
We will bring some basic supplies with us like labels, tape, and trash bags. We're happy to use the products you already have if that's your preference. We can also shop for new products for an additional fee. The client is responsible for the hourly shopping rate and for full reimbursement of new products and supplies.
You can be as involved as you'd like. We will collaborate with you to develop a game plan and then you can decide if you want to be present during the sessions or not! We're fully equipped to provide a turnkey organizing service so you can get back to the things that are important to you and come back to a fully finished and organized space that is perfectly suited to fit your unique needs.
Depending on the space we're working in, the organizer may come into contact with personal items and confidential information. We are fully committed to preserving strict confidentiality and respecting your possessions, home, and privacy, ensuring that no information is disclosed.
We would love to take before and after photos to be used in our promotional materials. We are fully committed to ensuring that your personal or sensitive information remains completely unassociated with these photographs in any manner whatsoever. You have the option to opt-out of photography if you'd prefer.
